Before you contact us please ensure you read and understand the following:
LEGAL INFO: All monitoring products are intended for use on a computer that you own. In addition, if the person you want to monitor is 18 or older, you must tell them they are being monitored to comply with law. Please check all laws before using.
RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT:
1. Pefect Keylogger for MAC will be delivered to your email and be available for download IMMEDIATELY after purchase.
2. KeyCarbon USB MAC Hardware keylogger will be shipped to you and should arrive within days. We can even provide you with a tracking ID for your peace of mind.
REFUNDS: Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds unless the product does not work on your machine or something is wrong with the product.
SPYING: Spying or monitoring your own computer is legal, you cannot however, spy on a remote computer or on someone else's machine. We cannot offer support or answer any questions about this product.
DETECTION: With spying comes risk. Although our products are made to be as stealthy as possible, we cannot guaranteed 3rd parties or 3rd party software will not detect or disable our products. With that said, we still believe our products our superior in anti-detection over our competitors. Their claims to be "undetectable" are simply bogus.
